1. Introduction
1.1 Welcome to Snehakunja. These terms and conditions govern your use of our services and participation in our programs.
2. Mission and Objectives
2.1 The Snehakunja Trust is a non-profit charitable organization dedicated to facilitating, promoting, and executing holistic health, rural development, environmental advocacy and conservation of coastal and Western Ghat diversity. The Snehakunja Trust was established by visionary philanthropist and a surgeon Dr. Kusuma Sorab (1937-98) as a charitable trust to provide quality community health services at affordable cost.
3. Membership/Participation
3.1 By joining Snehakunja or participating in our programs, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
3.2 Membership/participation may be subject to approval by Snehakunja and may be revoked at any time for non-compliance with these terms.
4. Code of Conduct
4.1 Members/participants must adhere to a code of conduct that promotes respect, inclusivity, and ethical behavior.
4.2 Snehakunja reserves the right to take disciplinary action, including termination of membership/participation, for violations of the code of conduct.
5. Privacy and Confidentiality
5.1 Snehakunja respects your privacy. Personal information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
5.2 Members/participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information obtained through their involvement with Snehakunja.
6. Donations and Fundraising
6.1 Donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
6.2 Snehakunja reserves the right to allocate funds based on the organization's priorities and needs.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Members/participants retain ownership of their intellectual property.
7.2 By contributing content to Snehakunja, members/participants grant Snehakunja a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute the content.
8. Governing Law
8.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Uttara Kannada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Uttara Kannada.
9. Amendments
9.1 Snehakunja reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Notice of changes will be communicated to members/participants.
